Chicago Quilt Show

Had a wonderful time at the Chicago Quilt Show. I went with 3 other quilting friends and laughed the whole weekend!!!
I learned about a product called Solvron. If you use it as your bottom layer of your quilt sandwich, stitch the layers together and then spritzed the whole thing hot water it contracts, giving you a bubbly effect. I also bought a lot of misc things that can be worked into a collage.

Can't wait to try get creating, but first I must catch up on household things.

Dana - I had lost the little scrap of paper with your blog address on it. Took a couple of tries, but here I am at your blog and I am seeing some very lovely things. The watercolor in the preceding post is beautiful. I now have you on my list of blogs. About Chicago, it was such a great time. You have such a cute personality and are witty and fun to listen to. So glad I got to come along with the three of you. Keep blogging!!
